The Human Experience Hub is a community dedicated to exploring grief, mental health, and the shared human experience through a lens of meaning, connection, and transformation. Here you'll find thoughtful reflections, practical resources, and a collaborative space where wisdom, opportunities, and healing are shared freely—because no one organization holds all the answers, and we are stronger when we learn from one another.

Why I'm Creating This Space

One of the most surprising things I encountered after my own loss was how difficult it could be to find people, resources, and opportunities outside of the particular organizations I happened to come across. I often found that communities and nonprofits were understandably focused on their own programs, events, and services—but that sometimes meant incredible resources, healing opportunities, and connections remained siloed.

That experience left me asking a simple question:

If our shared goal is to reduce suffering, why aren't we making it easier for people to find whatever might help?

Healing isn't owned by any one organization, practitioner, philosophy, or framework. It lives in many places—in books, support groups, retreats, conversations, research, creative expression, spiritual practices, nature, and in one another.

This community is built on the belief that wisdom grows when it is shared freely.

My hope is that this becomes a place where people feel comfortable recommending any resource that has been meaningful to them, regardless of who created it. Share the therapist who helped you. Recommend the book that shifted your perspective. Tell us about the retreat that changed your life. Introduce us to the nonprofit doing remarkable work. Invite collaborators into your ideas. Ask for what you need.

There is no competition in healing. Every person who finds the support they need strengthens our collective capacity to care for one another.

I believe that when we remove unnecessary barriers between people and the resources that might help them, we create something far greater than any one organization could build alone: a community rooted in generosity, curiosity, and the shared commitment to helping one another live more fully in the face of life's greatest challenges.

If you have something that has helped you—or something you're creating that could help others—I hope you'll share it here. Someone you may never meet could be waiting to find exactly what you have to offer.
